What is Attend?

Attend is event management software for professional event planners and agencies. It keeps each client's budget, vendors, guest list, ticketing, check-in and messaging in one place, so you can run several clients' events without spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.

Who is Attend for?

Planners and agencies running events for paying clients, including corporate conferences, weddings, galas, awards nights and fundraisers. Anyone planning their own event can use Attend Basic for free.

How much does Attend cost?

Attend Basic is free for up to two events at a time. Attend Pro is $29 a month, or $279 a year when billed annually. Attend Team, for growing planning teams, is $79 a month. Larger agencies can ask for a Custom plan.

Can I message guests on WhatsApp with Attend?

Yes. You can message guests, clients and vendors by WhatsApp or email. Pro includes 50 WhatsApp credits a month and Team includes 150, and one credit sends one message. Basic includes email and 20 WhatsApp credits to try.

How do ticket payments work?

Payments are processed through Paystack in Nigeria and Stripe everywhere else. Basic has a 5% platform fee on paid tickets; Pro and Team have none. The payment processor's own fee applies on every plan.

Can my team work on client events with me?

Yes. Basic includes you plus one co-host. Pro includes you plus three co-hosts and five check-in accounts, Team includes you plus seven co-hosts and 15 check-in accounts, and Custom has unlimited co-hosts and check-in accounts.
